Financial Information

• Scholarships and Financial Aid:
  Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) today! Doing so as soon as possible gives you time to: make the best decision for your circumstances, discover scholarships based on financial need, and be eligible for programs with limited funding. Our Transfer Student Scholarship is $2,000 per year and is awarded to students who are transferring to OCU from another college or university.

Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  Circleville Campus applicants with a high school or college GPA of 2.50 or higher are not required to submit a college admission exam score.
• Official Transcripts:
  Request official transcript(s) from your high school and any college you have attended previously. Transcripts must include all course work and grades. Official transcripts must be mailed directly to OCU from your school(s).
• SAT Scores:
  Submit your ACT, SAT, or CLT (if you have taken less than 12 college credit semester hours scores).

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Courses earned at accredited colleges in which at least a C- grade or its equivalent has been earned are eligible for transfer. Credits earned at a non-accredited college with a grade of C- or above may be accepted for provisional transfer credit.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  Up to 95 semester hours from accredited four-year colleges, up to 64 semester hours from junior or community colleges, and up to 60 semester hours from non-accredited colleges can be transferred.
