Transfer Application Requirements

• Official Transcripts:
  Official college transcripts for all institutions you have attended and a final high school transcript or GED/HiSET score are required. A transfer list of current year courses is also required.
• SAT Scores:
  Northeastern is test-optional and does not require applicants to submit standardized testing to be considered for admission.
• Letters of Recommendation:
  An evaluation from an academic advisor, professor, or employer is required.
• Essay:
  An essay or personal statement is required.
• Application Fee:
  $75
• Other Requirements:
  Recommended: Creative Portfolio, Joint Services or Community College of the Air Force Transcript, Mid-Term Report.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  Northeastern will consider credit-bearing courses taken at an accredited higher education institution with grades of “C” or higher as reported on an official transcript or certain advanced examinations with qualifying marks for transfer credit.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  No more than 60 credits from two-year institutions and 80 credits from four-year institutions, or 80 credits from a combination of two, may be accepted toward a Northeastern degree. No more than 32 test credits can be accepted.
